Shipping and Returns

NO RETURNS, ONLY EXCHNAGES FOR IN-STORE CREDIT. 

Contact orozco.polliwogs@gmail.com if you would like to request a shipping address change. We will make every effort to update your shipping address before the package ships. Polliwogs is not responsible for missing packages due to an invalid or old address provided by the customer or a request for a change too late in the shipping process.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

International Orders

All international packages are shipped via USPS Mail. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Polliwogs assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges and will not reship orders or refund shipping fees in the event that they are returned to us. International sales are final.

Return Policy

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept exchanges due to sizing issues after items have been washed.

An item may be returned for exchange only if it is sent back:

● unworn

● unwashed

● with original tags and packaging intact

● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

The return package must be postmarked back to us within seven calendar days of delivery in order to receive a in-store credit certificate. Items can be returned for an exchange after this seven-day-timeframe for a store credit. Free shipping is not offered for returns. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order.

 

Please allow up to two weeks for your exchange to be processed once received.
